Collagen Therapy
It is no surprise that over time our skin begins to show the effects of aging, from sun damage to wrinkles or worse. The good news is called collagen therapy, soft tissue fillers that help temporarily decrease lines and creases and resstore a more youthful-looking appearance to the skin in areas such as the eyes, lips, cheeks and even areas effected by scars.
During the procedure, collagen is placed just beneath the skin, usually over a series of treatments.
Depending on age, skin condition, and amount of sun damage, your treatment program will be tailored to incorporate your individual needs.
Keep in mind that just like natural protein polymers, injectable collagen begins to lose its form and will eventually wear down.
